Who I am.
I was born in the Philippines but raised on a tropical island in the South Pacific before my family immigrated to Ohio. I have been in America ever since. If you couldn’t tell already, I’ve been around.
I love helping clients find hope and healing. I believe that the past does not have to define us. I help people reclaim the narrative of their lives and create a different story for themselves.
I’ve been working with clients since 2012. I got my start working at a community mental health agency in Chicago. Today, I work as a therapist in Mississippi.
I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University. My specialties are in helping individuals and couples on issues around trauma, addiction, identity, and relationships.
I am a Licensed Professional Therapist with the state of Mississippi (#2876)). I meet with clients in-person and virtually through two group practices: Red River Counseling & Doxa Renewal Clinic. I see clients Tues-Fri 8am-4pm.
I am happily married to a local Mississippian (it’s how I ended up in this state). We have three beautiful kids. When I’m not doing therapy with clients, you can usually find me in the kitchen cooking up a storm or scoping out new restaurants to try out.
